An announcement is expected Wednesday regarding the future of the Ten Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness, Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett confirmed this evening.
Mae Beavers has a bill (SB316) that would require filing a long form birth certificate with the Secretary of State prior to being listed on the presentational ballot.

The four current candidates for Mayor of Knoxville participated in a forum hosted by COIN last night. Interestingly, three of the candidates announced they now want to reevaluate the controversial Ten Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness (TYP). Ivan Harmon announced this during his kickoff and it appears that the other candidates have found this to be a popular position, regardless of previous support and/or votes for it.
