Third district congressional primary back in the news

The bitter primary between Robin Smith and Chuck Fleischmann appears to be continuing. Congressman Fleischmann narrowly won the August Republican primary election and is now representing the 3rd Congressional district.

It appears that Mark Winslow (campaign aide to Mrs Smith) is suing Chip Saltsman (campaign aide to Mr Fleischmann). Winslow worked for the Tennessee Republican Party during Robin’s term as Chairman. Saltsman is a past Tennessee Republican Party chairman and is now chief of staff for Congressman Fleischmann. Here is the update on the previous post.
