Pavlis offers $500 reward for vandals

Knoxville City Councilman Nick Pavlis is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the vandalism of an art display in Fort Sanders.

“Any act of vandalism is terrible and amounts to nothing more than mindless violence and destruction,” said Pavlis, who represents South Knoxville and the Fort Sanders community.
